LLC Gazrezerv was founded to achieve the more important economic goals of ensuring the security of fuel supply and encouraging active participation in the petroleum industry by our primary clients. We assist oil and gas companies in making Change That Matters by guiding them toward a more prosperous and sustainable future. We assist organizations in making long-term changes by integrating new growth strategies and operational excellence, which are supported by digital technologies.
We are working with a major refinery to develop a comprehensive lubricant business plan, including sales and marketing plans for both industrial and automotive lubricants. Our downstream specialists team includes more than ten consultants with diverse backgrounds, including technical experts, data analysts, and seasoned outside advisors. We spent a lot of time and effort developing the tools and procedures that will help our clients understand and make sense of the global markets’ complexities.
LLC Gazrezerv offers the following services:
- Facilitator of oil transactions between buyers and sellers who require direct contact with refineries.
- Cost optimization, in which the cost of transporting fuel for the customer is affordable and profitable, and transportation costs.
- Preparation of all necessary technical documentation for the cargo escort, including European standard permitting certificates;
- selection of the best transport composition based on all technical characteristics and parameters
- Effective loading and unloading of fuel in special containers while adhering to all safety precautions.
- Choosing and approving the best route for transporting fuel cargo across Moscow and other cities;

Oil Refineries
As a register mandate company, we also purchase product from major refineries in the Russian Federation and CIS countries in order to meet the needs of our clients. LLC Gazrezerv owns 10% of one of Russia’s major oil refineries. The refinery has the capacity to process 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day. The core business of LLC Gazrezerv is the supply of high-quality refined fuel products from Russian refineries. Quality refined fuel products are traded on a regional and international scale, as well as through a well-established distribution network in Russia. Many in-house and strategic projects are planned to ensure the continued operation of LLC Gazrezerv. These projects are concerned with safety and dependability, compliance, sustainability, and replacement.
Storage of Petroleum
As a register mandate company, we also with major storage terminal providers both in Russian Federation, Netherlands and USA. Our storage terminal partners support marine bunker operations and can store 220,000 cubic meters of bunker fuel in 13 storage tanks in the Netherlands and the United States, each with a deepwater jetty for tankers up to 160,000 tonnes displacement and other jetties for barges up to 10,000 tonnes displacement. Fuel oil and gas oil are among the products handled. Depending on the needs of the customers, all products are stored either commingled or segregated. The terminal is highly automated, allowing tanker and barge operations to be completed quickly. It also has an accredited laboratory capable of performing a full range of Quality Assurance tests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Transportation of Fuel
LLC Gazrezerv also works as a service provider with major shipping and logistics companies to secure competitive and dependable freight for our in-house oil, metals, and minerals traders. The Wet and Dry Freight desks also function as profit centers in their own right. LLC Gazrezerv manages shipping and logistics operations from key regional hubs in Russia, the Netherlands, and the United States. As a result, we cover the freight and physical commodity markets around the clock. Our Russia office handles all post-fixture operations, such as issuing voyage orders, completing stowage plans, negotiating with port agents, and handling demurrage claims. Shipping decarbonisation is an urgent and attainable goal. Without significant action, emissions from the sector are expected to rise significantly by 2050.
