Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a priority at LLC Gazrezerv. It is a deeply held belief that a solid CSR plan is an essential component of business sustainability, ensuring that business decisions and operations contribute positively to the long-term well-being of the company and the community in which LLC Gazrezerv operates. LLC Gazrezerv strives to integrate CSR into its business activities, whether it is upgrading its refinery to produce cleaner fuels, ensuring that all business operations are conducted safely, communicating with stakeholders and the public, extending community outreach, or promoting staff volunteerism and employee wellness. LLC Gazrezerv is committed to improving and caring for the community. Through its diverse outreach program, which includes environmental, philanthropic, and cultural causes, the company demonstrates its belief in caring for the community.
Health & Safety
Personal safety and accountability are central to how LLC Gazrezerv operates, and we have a responsibility to our employees and contractors, particularly those working at our refineries and other industrial assets, to ensure their health and welfare.
We collaborated with our workforce to create a set of expectations that apply to all of our operating sites, allowing all entities to work to the same standards.
In 2023, the Contractor HSE Performance Process was distributed to all Contract Owners and C&P, and every day when they log in, a pop-up window with a QHSE department safety notification displays on their screens, and HSE Posters were printed and placed in all visible locations. In order to communicate HSE performance, monthly QHSE reports are prepared and distributed to all company employees.
Environment
Our activities have an impact on the environment, which we manage specifically through local and dedicated systems. LLC Gazrezerv is measuring emissions across its activities and looking for ways to reduce CO2, SOx, and NOx from our facilities and shipping while remaining commercially viable. We monitor all effluents in terms of volume and quality, and we commit to adhering to all limits in order to protect waterbodies. Each violation is treated as an incident and is thoroughly investigated as such.
LLC Gazrezerv is dedicated to operating responsibly in order to have the least possible impact on the natural environment. We follow strict international environmental regulations and are aggressively reducing GHG emissions. Our key environmental goals for 2023 included maintaining our focus on GHG emission reduction approaches and joining the CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project), an important mechanism for corporations to disclose their environmental impact and risk management.
